Welcome to the Somerset & Cambria Counties Fire Police Association. The first Fire Police site on the Internet!

Our Organization is a non profit organization for volunteer fire police officers.

Fire Police have several roles. We respond to calls of fire, traffic accidents, public service, and traffic control.

All officers are equipped with radio communications and have contact with the Cambria & Somerset Counties 911 dispatch centers, the Fire Departments, Police Departments and each other. The fire police at these scenes are responsible for public safety as well as crowd control.

Since it's introduction into the community, the Fire Police have gone through some major changes and assist the Fire & Police Agencies in the communities which we serve.
